HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

The time period for deliveries is composed of two time periods
composed of:

1) Processing time: 1-2 business days (Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packing)

2) Delivery time & shipping rates: 

• Fast Delivery takes 3-5 working days to get the products delivered which is FREE.

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be processed or canceled before delivery. Please note that in case of a lost package, we can only offer you a replacement. All orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.

• We have partnered with the Most Popular courier partners to transport the items to you. Door to door delivery of products will depend on the service area of the courier partner. 

• Tracking details are updated after the order has been shipped. Tracking details will be sent via. Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

• In cases of non-availability of door delivery, you might have to collect the product from the nearest deliverable collection center. The courier partner will get in touch with you regarding the same.

• All our products are shipped at 12.30 PM every day. All orders after this time will be shipped on the next day.

• Sunday is a courier holiday so no pickup is done by the courier partner. The order will be shipped the next day (Monday).
